Local Orders:
If you live near High Wycombe in South Bucks, please feel free to tick the local collection box when you check out. We'll wrap the goods and prepare them for collection, and you can save a few pounds. Keep in touch with us at sam@iamprayerful to liaise for a suitable collection time.
 

International Orders:

Unfortunately we are unable to send goods outside the United Kingdom, due to import problems and the difficulty in meeting our obligations to pay local tax in a wide variety of countries.

Postage: 
Within the United Kingdom we are currently using Royal Mail with three choices of service:
 

• 24 hr Tracked

• 48 hr Tracked

• 48 hr Tracked and Signed For

Postage is calculated on the total weight of your order, with fixed bands up to 2kg and then up to 10kg. So ordering more than one item (except prints) makes postage more reasonable. The price also includes an insurance element which protects you and us against any losses or damage by Royal Mail. We should be able to enter your email address into the Royal Mail server so that you receive email updates as the package progresses along its route. Tracked packages can be left in your designated safe place, and Signed For will need someone to be at home to accept the delivery. For larger orders we would prefer that you use the Signed For service.

 

We are a tiny business, and will do our utmost to get your packages on their way within 24 hours of you placing your order. Please note that 24 hrs Tracked may take 2 working days from order, depending on the time that the parcel is sent on its way.

Packaging:
We wrap our textile pictures and ceramic art plates in a couple of layers of black tissue paper, and then cover in sturdy brown wrapping paper as shown above. Then we layer up with lots of recycled bubble wrap, and finish with a thick cardboard layer before dispatch. We've sent pictures across the UK packaged like this (with no breakages to date!). You can carefully cut the cardboard and bubble wrap away to reveal the package if you want to give these items as a gift.

We put our journals into a black kraft paper envelope with an I Am Prayerful sticker, suitable to give as a gift. (We usually leave the ribbon on the journal untied so that it doesn't get creased.) Then we pack the wrapped journal in a sturdy cardboard mailing box which keeps the journal in perfect condition in the post. 

Prints:

Our prints are dispatched by our print and dispatch partners using their own packing materials, including a sturdy cardboard tube to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. As mentioned at the top of this page, prints incur their own separate postage since they are not sent by I Am Prayerful HQ.
